First of all, I’m excited to share my new logo, created by local Portland-based artist Dan Boles. His artwork was suggested to me just weeks ago as I began my search for a talented visual artist who could help me realize my vision for developing a logo for Beatnik Betty Media. After our first brainstorming session when I shared my initial ideas, theme, mood, and goals, Dan quickly created some mock-ups and was more than receptive to my feedback and suggestions to shape the final image. A second meeting between us yielded a beautiful prototype, which we tweaked and polished until this final set of images resulted. Dan was incredible to work with, not only because of his solid talent and efficiency, but also because he is so confident in his skills and can take direction, feedback, and critique incredibly well when working with a client to develop a final product. With no further delay, I am proud to share these images of my new Beatnik Betty logo.
You’ll be seeing more of this beatnik and I hope you enjoy what I have coming up right around the corner.
Let’s start with the music…
